God is always there with us whether in good or bad times. Unfortunately we have become accustomed to going astray. In times of horror, disaster, disappointments, Sickness, and financial challenges, we are often prone to asking “Where is God in all this?” We forget about God when we are blessed, and we blame him for staying away when things don't go well. Men, even Christians are accustomed to leaving God out of the affairs of their lives until when things get out of hand and we get desperate, then we heap all manner of blames on him; Forgetting that God is never the one who leaves us, but we always do. Come to think of it; He has said that He will never leave us nor forsake us. How unjust and ungrateful it is when we so easily declare the Faithful God to be an absentee Father in times of difficulties. Beloved, God is still where you left Him and He is calling on you to return to Him and be sure that He will embrace you because He never ever leaves, even when we so easily choose to go our own way. [Reference Malachi 3:7]

Jesus paid the debt He did not owe on our behalf and now He requires nothing at our hand but that we preach the good news to everyone for the salvation of their souls. Instead of asking us to pay back the amount of the debt that He paid on the cross of Calvary for our sakes as every rational man would do, Jesus Christ expects back nothing from us but only that we would be kind enough to tell everyone around us about the good news of Gospel of God. Which is that all men are sinners and cannot meet the righteous requirements of God for salvation. Jesus has therefore paid our debt in full so that we can be part of the salvation that is by Grace through Faith in him alone. He has done this by dying our death, thereby offering us his life and granting us a chance in the Holy Kingdom of God. This is our appropriate response to his ultimate sacrifice for sinful man; that we make this news known to all around us and beyond, that by hearing many more will be delivered from wrath. Dear ready, daily make conscious decisions and preparations to share this good news about Jesus and the cross. This is the only hope for mankind. [Reference Romans 1:14-15]

As Christians, our words, actions and thoughts are to have just one message to the world; that Jesus is Lord. One day the whole of creation will acknowledge and praise Jesus as the Lord but till the fullness of that time comes, creation and everyone in this world today are waiting for the manifestation of the sons and daughters of God. We as believers in Christ are to be the very expression of His image here on earth even as we remain His body, His hands of compassion, His heart of mercy and His voice of tenderness causing everyone around us to see Him through us and know that He is alive. This will of course not happen just by us telling people about Him with words of mouth but by us actually showing the world by our character and actions that Jesus Christ is Lord and He is alive in us. [Reference II Corinthians 4:5].
